The WBRH
membership application form is a fillable
PDF that allows you to type in the requested information. However,
you will not be able to save the typed in information once you are
finished. After filling in the requested information, please print the
form and don’t forget to sign the application. If desired keep one copy
for your personal records, and then mail the second copy (signed copy)
with a check or money order ($12.00 per person listed on the form) to
the following address.

The $12.00 per person is for the calendar year, and is not pro-rated
depending on what month you join. If you have any questions about the

A membership card will be sent to you after receipt of your completed
